Summary

From a young age I have had a huge passion for storytelling and reserving memories--not just for myself but for my loved ones, for us to reflect on, as we are quick to forget in this fast-paced chaotic world. From baptisms, to games at the beach, and simple chats around a bonfire, its those little things in life that are the most memorable. I would love to work with you to gain insight into the lives of others and make the world a better place by capturing more of these memorable moments.

Process

Here is my usual process:
I arrive prior to the event, usually 15-30 minutes early, and chat with the organizer or the leader and discuss the event's agenda.
After I'm given that info, I tell the organizer what I plan to capture and where I intend to take pictures
I then allow feedback, for if there are any boundaries on where not to go, or who/what not to film.
Once the event starts, I jokingly tell people to pretend I'm not there or I don't exist, and stay "in the shadows", taking pictures with my long-ranged lense, unless there are people who wish to have their picture taken.
After the event is over, I would inform the organizer of how many pictures I've taken, when to expect the final product to be done, and ask for their info, including phone number and/or email address or where to send the pictures.

  • Where did you go to school?

    I've actually been home-schooled my whole life, and its been such a blessing to have those extra benefits, including flexible schedule and extra mercy from my teacher.

  • How long have you been pursuing the industry of Multimedia?

    I've been pursuing Multimedia since early 2018, when I was asked to volunteer as a cameraman for my church's sunday livestream, and since then I've grown very passionate for this field, for it allows my creative side to run wild, while at the same time it benefits the lives of others, and eventually aim to make a full-time living out of it.

  • What are some of your your strengths and weaknesses?

    I've got many strengths while coming with some weaknesses. Some of my strengths include excellent team communication, rapid adaptability in work environments, and am highly-detail oriented. As for weaknesses, I'm also high-functioning autistic, diagnosed at four years old, and this behaves as a double-edged sword. My autism fuels my creativity and my detail-oriented approach to projects, while it also is the catalyst for some anxiety in really fast-paced and tightly-packed (with people) environments.
