Most clients complete the full process within 2 weeks. The action report is typically delivered within 5 business days after our strategy session.
What if I don’t have 1–2 episodes ready to audit?
No problem. If you’re in the planning phase, you can submit outlines, pilot scripts, or even rough drafts. We’ll adapt the audit to fit your stage of development.
Will you help promote my podcast?
While I don’t manage podcast promotion directly, I include amplification strategies and content ideas in your action report to help you boost reach and engagement.
What if I need help with editing or technical production?
My focus is on strategy, messaging, and content clarity. While I don’t provide audio editing or technical production, I’m happy to refer you to trusted partners who specialize in that.
Do I need to have an existing podcast to book this?
Not at all! This package is great for both existing shows and new/pilot podcasts. If you’re just starting out, we’ll focus on foundational strategy, brand voice, and episode planning to set you up for success.
