Your Product Launch Strategy is the single most important thing you'll ever do when you're trying to build your company. However, it can be daunting to start from scratch and that's where I come in!

1. Intro Call (1 hour): We'll meet each other and you'll give me an intro to your product, where you are, and what you're trying to achieve.

2. Market Research: Based on the information you've shared, I'll do a deep dive into your industry, competitive landscape and target market

3. Workshop (2 hours): I shall present a preliminary view of your product strategy. We'll dig through your assumptions and challenge ourselves to come up with the most streamlined version of your product to keep you on track and motivated to release a successful product.
