Turn one month of already-reviewed receipts in Paperless-ngx into a spreadsheet and one print-ready PDF, with installation and handoff included.

For one existing Paperless-ngx installation, I will deliver a local export workflow that selects the agreed month, lists vendor/date/total/currency/category, combines matching receipt PDFs and records source IDs, document counts and page ranges. The original documents stay unchanged. I will reuse an existing free exporter where it fits rather than sell you another basic export tool.

Included: source code, setup and run instructions, checks for month boundaries/count mismatches/missing PDFs, and one consolidated correction round. Development uses synthetic or agreed redacted samples; your operational documents remain on your infrastructure.

The metadata must already be reviewed. OCR, extracting totals/categories from scans, tax advice and a new hosted application are separate work.

A local trial against Paperless-ngx 3.3.3 used four fictional documents to check month boundaries, authenticated paginated export, downloaded PDF hashes and the resulting two-document spreadsheet/PDF pack. This does not establish compatibility with other versions or accuracy on unreviewed scans. It has not been sold to a customer.
