Process

When we decide to work together —
We will schedule a one-on-one conversation to discuss the details of your project. We can schedule a phone call or a Zoom meeting.
I will send you a detailed scope of services outlining everything from the services I will perform to the timeline, preferred writing style and tone, the agreed-upon deadline date, the number of revisions, other deliverables, and the project cost. 
Returning your signed  Copywriting Service Agreement and an up-front deposit is my cue to start writing your project. 
Then, based on the timeline (generally a 5-7 day turnaround), I'll send you the first draft in Google Docs for your review to ensure that the writing aligns with your brand voice and covers everything in the scope of services. After you have reviewed the first draft, return the requested revisions within the specified time.
I'll complete the revisions and edits within 1-2 business days and return them to you for your final approval.  
You will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of the balance. 
And finally, I'll ask you to complete a quick questionnaire about your experience working with me which I will use as a testimonial.

  • Website Content Copywriting - Up to 5 Pages

    PROJECT OVERVIEW I will work with your website designer to write engaging website content tailored to the client's style and tone, incorporating links provided by the client. This package includes: - Content for up to 5 pages: Home, About, Contact, up to 4 Team Member bios, 2 Executive bios, and 2 Services pages delivered in a Google Doc. - A one-hour consultation call - Implementation of SEO best practices using keywords supplied by the client - Thorough proofreading and editing in accordance with the AP Stylebook (Using Grammarly) - One round of revisions for the specified pages *Please note that artwork and graphics are not included. The client must provide a creative brief or resource document detailing the project. (pricing per page, up to 800 words)
