We’ll either have a short kick-off meeting or you can complete my detailed content brief form to provide all the necessary information offline.
Discuss the overarching goals for the campaign, including audience targeting, tone of voice, and desired outcomes.
Share any background materials, messaging documents, prior campaigns, style guides, or brand assets.
Confirm any specific offers, calls-to-action, or timelines that need to be incorporated.
Phase two:
I will prepare the initial draft of your 1–3 email sequence within 3 business days of receiving your brief/materials.
Once you receive the initial draft, you will have 2 days to respond with feedback. (Includes one round of revisions in the fixed cost — so please provide detailed feedback.)
I will finalize the campaign and share polished, ready-to-send copy optimized for engagement and conversions.
Delivery will include plain text emails and copy, all graphics and imagery are to be supplied.
