Summary

We allocate two dedicated designers to each project or client, ensuring personalized attention and expertise. To maintain the highest quality of service, we restrict our capacity to a maximum of seven active clients at any given time. Additionally, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to serve as a liaison between you, the client, and our internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.

Our service engagement requires a minimum commitment of two months. However, in certain instances where project complexity increases during development, an extension beyond the initial two-month period may be necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Our primary areas of focus encompass three key industries: Crypto/Web3, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Process

Ideation and Concept Sketching - Hold a quick team brainstorming session with client to generate feature and design ideas - Sketch rough concepts on paper or digital tool focusing on user flows. - Select and iterating most promising idea that alighs with the MVP scope

Create Wireframes - Map out the core screens or interactions based on the chosen concept. - Using Figma to start creating wireframe in low-fidelity

Design Visual Mockups - Apply basic branding (colors, fonts, logo) to the wireframes. - Create high-fidelity mockups in Figma, emphasizing key screens - Ensure the design is clean and user-friendly, avoiding overcomplication.

Prototype - Connecting all the screens inside Figma - Test the prototype internally to ensure flows work as intended - Refine based on quick team feedback.

How do we distribute, track, and oversee the work?
We’ll utilize ClickUp and Slack to coordinate and keep tabs on progress.
What are the working hours?
Our office hours is 09:00 - 17:00 WIB, Indonesia Time
Can we outsource you to working with our clients?
Yes we can do that too. In fact, 40% of our active clients that have been with us for more 2 years, is also agency too, we mainly working for their clients.
Is there any revisions limit on the project?
No, it's 100% unlimited as long as the subscription is active.

What's included

UX Research
We will working pretty close with the client on this stage which is doing brainstorming together and come up with good research about the product. Usually we using Figjam.
Design (Figma soft-file)
After conduct in-dept research, we will move into wireframe to create low-fi and visual mockups. It's pretty long process on this stage. We will come up with Figma file.
Prototype & Animations (AE or Figma)
After the UI is done, we will move on into prototyping which sometimes require advance and creative imagination in here, that's why usually we will using After Effects in some cases. But mostly we will using Figma on regular basis.
