About this service

Summary

Need to solve a complex product challenge, align your team, or spark innovation? My Design Thinking workshops are designed to help you clarify problems, generate actionable solutions, and build team alignment in a collaborative, engaging format.
With 5+ years of experience as a UX designer and facilitator, I’ll guide your team through hands-on, human-centered sessions using tools like Miro, FigJam, and Notion.
Whether you're a startup founder, product lead, or design team, I’ll tailor each session to your goals and give you the frameworks and outcomes you need to move forward with confidence.

Process

1. Discovery & Booking
After you book the offer, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick discovery call (20–30 min). In this call, we’ll define:
Your team’s goals
The challenge or opportunity we’re tackling
Who will participate in the workshop
Preferred tools (Miro, FigJam, etc.)
2. Workshop Design
I’ll craft a custom workshop agenda based on your needs. This includes:
Selecting the right Design Thinking activities
Preparing the interactive board (Miro/FigJam)
Creating guiding questions and exercises
You’ll get a preview of the structure before we go live.
3. Live Workshop Facilitation
We run the live session (60–120 minutes depending on your needs). During the workshop, I will:
Facilitate and guide all exercises
Keep the team focused and collaborative
Capture ideas, insights, and decisions in real-time
4. Post-Workshop Deliverables
Within 48 hours after the session, you’ll receive:
A Workshop Summary Doc (objectives, outcomes, insights)
A list of Key Themes & Next Steps
A downloadable export of the Miro or FigJam board
(Optional) An executive-ready summary deck
5. Follow-Up (Optional)
If needed, we can schedule a 15-min follow-up call to review outcomes or answer any remaining questions.
