What's included
Influencer Strategy Deck
I will put together a comprehensive influencer strategy deck based on your campaign objectives. It will include a recommended content approach, timeline, KPIs, and the type of influencers we should partner with (ex: nano, micro, mid-tier, macro/mega)
Influencer Identification & Recommendation Deck
Once we've aligned on the stratetgy/approach, I'll begin identifying influencers and will put together a recommendation deck inclusive of relevant information about the influencers
Influencer Outreach, Negotiations, and Contracting
After we've aligned on the recommended influencers, I'll begin outreach to the approved influencers, negotiate rates, and develop a contract for them per guidance from your legal team
Brief Development and Briefing Calls
I'll develop a comprehensive brief for the influencer that will include details about the brand, key messaging, campaign deliverables, copy guidelines and FTC disclosures (relevant social handles they should tag and campaign hashtags to include), content best practices, campaign timeline, and next steps.
I'll schedule 15-30 minute briefing calls with each influencer to walk them through the brief and answer any questions they may have about the deliverables before they get started.
Influencer Concept + Content Review
Will require each influencer to share a quick write concept write up, which will include relevant details about how they are envisioning bringing the content to life, incorporating brand messaging/product, voice over script (if needed), and if they plan to include any music in the content.
I'll review each concept and outline my feedback for your approval. By doing this, we'll make sure all parties are aligned to the concept approach before we move into the content creation stage.
As the influencer begins to share content drafts for review, I'll outline my feedback including any copy changes, visual direction, etc. You will have the chance to also review the content to ensure it is exactly what you're looking for.
Publishing Content + Monitoring
Once you've provided approval to the influencer's content drafts, I'll work with them to get the content live and I'll monitor their social handles for the content to ensure it's the approved version they are posting.
Campaign Reporting/Recap
I'll develop a comprehensive campaign recap that will include details about how the campaign performed, final metrics, top performers, etc.
Influencer Payment
I'll work with your finance team to ensure the influencer is compensated for the agreed upon rate.
