A brilliant app needs brilliant user documentation. How will this work? Some clients send us a quick screen recording of their app in action, others "hand over the keys" and give us access to a test account where we can become familiar with each feature and grab screenshots. We'll produce a knowledge base or user guide that allows your audience to drill down to the exact topic they need, for the exact amount of information they need.

What's included

Knowledge Base content
In most cases, we design the content structure and deliver the topics in Google Docs, ready for the client to copy and paste into their app or onto their website. We can also deliver docs as code (via GitHub) or deliver content directly in your knowledge base platform.
Print-ready user guide
We produce downloadable/print-ready user guides, helping users to get the most out of your SaaS app, all wrapped up in a professional template customised to your brand or SaaS UI.
