Jonatan has experience in the IT industry since 2011. He has mainly worked with back-end system development on .NET but also front-end system development in React, IT support, information security, and team lead. Jonatan is keen to understand customers and their business so that he can contribute with the best solution for the project. He has experience in requirements management and uses tools such as diagrams and User Stories for analysis and design. As a programmer, Jonatan is responsible, focused, and goal oriented. He likes to participate in a team with agile work methodology, such as Scrum or Kanban, and takes responsibility for driving the project to completion regardless of his role. To ensure stable operation of services and solutions, Jonatan documents his work and shares his knowledge with others. Jonatan has experience in managing business applications in Windows environments for public administration, HR, CRM, restaurant booking, and POS systems. He has also participated in several exciting new development projects. When he worked at Norway's transport administration; Bane NOR, he was involved in developing a modern web application for long-term ordering of track access.
