Yes, I can design it for you or you can send me multiple files for me to assemble into the final design. There will be an extra charge.
What file format should I send you for the illustration?
Please send me any vector graphic files in SVG or EPS or .ai format for the best results

The final animation file in the format of .JSON or .lottie Please let me know if you need it in other formats (eg. gif / video mp4)
