  Turnaround times vary depending on the service. One-off emails or single-page copy typically take 3-7 business days depending on the complexity of the project.

• Will I get to review the copy before it’s finalized?

  Yes! All services come with two free rounds of revisions within 14 days of receiving your first draft.

• Can I request edits after the project is completed?

  Absolutely. Two revision rounds are included. Additional revisions can be added for $20 each.

• Can you match my brand’s voice?

  Yes! It’s a big part of my process. We’ll align on tone through your questionnaire and send a pre-writing brand voice confirmation so your copy sounds like you.

• What format will I receive the copy in?

  Final drafts are delivered in Google Docs for easy comments, feedback, and collaboration. However, other formats such as Microsoft Word Document or PDF are also available upon request.

• Do you offer rush services?

  Yes. Rush turnaround may be available for select services with a 25% priority fee, but availability depends on capacity.

• Do I own the content once it’s delivered?

  Yes, 100%. You retain full rights to use, edit, and publish the copy once your final payment is completed.
