  Minor adjustments are included. Major scope changes are handled transparently with a revised timeline and cost estimate before proceeding.

• Can you work faster than 4-5 weeks?

  Rush projects are possible with a 25% expedite fee. However, quality design and development need proper time - I don't recommend rushing core features.

• What if I only have a rough idea, not detailed requirements?

  Perfect! That's what the discovery phase is for. I'll help you define requirements, prioritize features, and create a clear roadmap.

• How involved do I need to be during the process?

  I need you for key decisions at milestones (1-2 hours per week), but I handle the day-to-day work. More involvement is always welcome!

• Do I own all the code and designs?

  Absolutely. You get full ownership of source code, design files, and all assets. No ongoing licensing fees.

• What if I need changes after the 30-day support period?

  I offer ongoing maintenance packages, or you can hire any developer since you own all the code and documentation.

• What hosting/domain do I need?

  I can recommend and help set up hosting (usually $10-50/month). You'll need your own hosting account for ownership, but I handle the technical setup.

• Can you match my existing brand/website style?

  Yes! I'll work within your brand guidelines and existing visual identity while optimizing for web application usability.

• What if I don't like the initial designs?

  Two revision rounds are included at each milestone. I also show wireframes first before visual design, so we align on structure early.

• Will my app work on mobile?

  Absolutely. All applications are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.

• What happens after launch?

  You get 30 days of free bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, I offer maintenance packages or you can work with any developer.

• Will you train my team to use the admin panel?

  Yes! I provide documentation and can do a training session for your team if an admin panel is included.

• What if something breaks after launch?

  Within 30 days, I fix all bugs at no cost. After that, maintenance packages start at $500/month or hourly rates apply.

• Can you help with ongoing updates and new features?

  Definitely! Many clients continue working with me for new features, updates, and improvements. We can discuss ongoing arrangements.

• What if we're not a good fit after starting?

  While rare, if we're not aligned after the first week, I'll refund the remaining balance minus work completed. Good communication prevents this.

• Do you sign NDAs?
