• What formats do you deliver the posts in?

  Your posts will be delivered as high-quality PNG files for immediate use. At the time of checkout, you also have the option to add editable Canva/ Figma source to use as templates.

• Do you offer industry-specific content?

  Absolutely! Our content is tailor-made to fit your industry's needs. From the get-go, we focus on understanding your niche, ensuring that whether you get 3 posts from the Mini bundle or a dozen from the Signature, each speaks directly to your target audience.

• What's the communication process once I purchase a bundle?

  Once you purchase a bundle, we’ll initiate an email thread where we’ll be in constant touch for regular updates on your bundle– everything from the initial brand questionnaire to your revision requests. We're here every step of the way to make sure you're thrilled with the final content.

• What if I'm not happy with my bundle?

  We put our heart into every post, but we also understand that sometimes revisions might be necessary. If you're not head-over-heels with the content, let us know! Every bundle comes with 2 rounds of revisions.

• How fast will I get my posts?

  We pride ourselves on our quick turnarounds! As soon as you hit ‘submit’ on the brand questionnaire, our team gets to work. The mini-bundle comes with a 3-day delivery time, and the Signature bundle takes 5, keeping in mind we get your timely feedback!
