The website copy process can be completed in as little as three weeks. This timeline is contingent on receiving the questionnaire in 24-48 hours and scheduling our kickoff call within 48-72 hours. Should these initial steps take longer, it will take longer to complete the website copy project.

Step 1: Sign the contract.

Step 2: I'll send over a questionnaire to be completed in 24-48 hours. This would also be the time for you to send any brand messaging guidelines.

Step 3: Once I receive the questionnaire from you, I'll send over a link to book our kickoff Zoom call ideally within the next 2-3 days.

Step 4: On our kickoff call we'll discuss strategy, competitors, and details of the website project.

Step 5: Then it's time for me to do the writing.

Step 6: In 7-10 days I'll send over the website copy for your first round of review. At this time we can also schedule an optional live walkthrough of the website copy.

Step 7: I'll complete the edits within 2 days and send it back to you for review.

Step 9: The final round of edits (if we need it)!

Step 9: Receive your final copy document within 2 days. The final copy document will be delivered as a google document.

Then it's time to celebrate — you have some kick-ass website copy!
