Summary

The website copy process can be completed in as little as three weeks. This timeline is contingent on receiving the questionnaire in 24-48 hours and scheduling our kickoff call within 48-72 hours. Should these initial steps take longer, it will take longer to complete the website copy project.

I'm happy to do an initial discovery call for free to see if I'm a good fit for you.

Step 1: Sign the contract.

Step 2: I'll send over a questionnaire to be completed in 24-48 hours. This would also be the time for you to send any brand messaging guidelines.

Step 3: Once I receive the questionnaire from you, I'll send over a link to book our kickoff Zoom call ideally within the next 2-3 days.

Step 4: On our kickoff call we'll discuss strategy, competitors, and details of the website project.

Step 5: Then it's time for me to do the writing.

Step 6: In 7-10 days I'll send over the website copy for your first round of review. At this time we can also schedule an optional live walkthrough of the website copy.

Step 7: I'll complete the edits within 2 days and send it back to you for review.

Step 9: The final round of edits (if we need it)!

Step 9: Receive your final copy document within 2 days. The final copy document will be delivered as a google document.

Then it's time to celebrate — you have some kick-ass website copy!

Each page will have SEO title tags and meta descriptions. These are optimized for SEO and tell search engines what a page is about.
Custom questionnaire + market research
A questionnaire is to be filled out before our kickoff call. Followed up by market research for the industry.
60-minute kickoff call via Zoom
Discuss strategy and optimization for the website.
2 Rounds of complimentary website copy edits
The website copy will be shared in an easily editable google doc with two complimentary rounds of edits. The final website copy will be delivered in a google doc for ease of use for your website designer.
Optional: Live 60-minute session to review copy
Live Zoom Call to review and edit copy together.
