Summary
Following would be the scope of work:
Phase I - Design Kick-off
Provision of CAD Drawings of Structural & Floor Layouts, and Elevations (if, applicable) by the client
Survey for Site, and Building, in case of non-availability of drawings with the client
Technical & Visual Questionnaire session with the client for Final Brief Preparation
Phase II - Design Layouts
Spatial Floor plans & Furniture Layouts; with two rounds of revisions only
Volumetric Spatial Layout; with two rounds of revision only
Moodboard & Material Palette for finalisation of feel for the project; with one round of revision only
Final sign-off on layouts, volumes, and moodboard
