Summary

We offer end to end software development processes for web applications.
With web application experience with groups from startups, government, and health care to international business/manufacturers - we are available to meet your needs.

Process

Meet via Teams or Zoom for an intro between parties to discuss the project at a high level - determine if this is a good fit
Upon acceptance- determine timelines/ budget concerns/ schedule kick off
Kickoff - meet team/interested parties, determine work needed to identify MVP, technologies that will be used to track project, stories, Dependencies, code repository, and system access
Meeting to outline MVP, and begin building stories -> sprints
Business owner/user with authority will be presented at the end of each sprint demos of work completed. This is where fixes or sign off occurs to allow project to move forward
Through out sprints, testing, UAT and higher environment deployments will occur.
At the end, where the MVP has been met, final sign off occurs indicating that the business verifies that the MVP criteria had been meet and the code is made available to the production environment and inspection for the final time occurs.
Any additional options requested are presented to the customer.

What's included

  • Code

    Our primary deliverable is the code base. This is the final version produced that is based on MVP and successfully deployed to Production.

  • Software Architecture

    We offer architectural guidance as an option when the customer does not currently possess a software architect.

  • QA

    If the customer does not have an available QA (Quality Assurance)/Tester, we offer this as an optional service. This is highly suggested as proof that non-developer testers provide protection by catching most bugs before user experience them.

  • Design

    As an option, assists in the design process to meet the customers needs (branding, corporate design templates/schemas).

  • Unit Tests

    As an additional option, unit tests assist is adding value to software by implemented auto tests that are attractive when reselling or vetting the application.

  • Documentation

    Technical or Training documentation is an additional option that may add value to the software's uptake by users and portfolio management.
