Phases would go as:
Discussion with client: Deliverables, exchange of ideas, time set.
Planning: How would the Brand Guidelines be structured, an individual brainstorm phase.
Execution: Clients have 2 revisions for the Brand Guidelines and they can check how the project is going.
Final: Project is complete and delivered. (If the client would need a change that has to be discussed apart.)
