What Does The Process Look Like? 🕵️‍♀️
Week 1:
Days 1 and 2: We'll have a discovery call/chat to understand your needs and vision, or you can fill out a brand questionnaire. (You can also schedule an appointment through my Google calendar link provided)
Days 3 and 4: I'll create a brand mood board.
Day 5: I'll gather your feedback and make any necessary mood board revisions.
Week 2:
Days 6 and 7: I'll design and finalize your brand identity and you'll have a chance to provide feedback, and we'll make any required revisions.
Days 8, 9, and 10: I'll design the remaining assets.
Day 11: I'll gather your feedback and make any necessary revisions
Day 12: I'll compile all the files and deliver your complete brand assets.

FAQs

  • How many revision rounds are included in the package?

    This package includes 3 rounds of revisions for each asset except the brand guideline sheet. I want to ensure your brand assets meet your vision and expectations.

  • What happens if I find that I need more revisions beyond the initially agreed scope?

    I understand that projects can evolve, so if you find that you require additional revisions beyond the initially outlined scope, you can opt for paid revisions. Extra rounds of revision are available at a rate of $10 per hour.

  • Can it be completed in less than 12 days or extended beyond that timeframe?

    Absolutely! The outlined 12-day timeline is a guideline, but I understand that each client's needs and feedback may vary. If you have a specific deadline or require additional time for thorough revisions, I'm flexible but please let us know at the start of the project.

  • What if I need to add more deliverables?

    If you'd like to add more deliverables, I charge based on the complexity and time required for each. Additional items like a custom icon set, extra stationery designs, illustrations, or social media templates can start at $20. We can discuss your specific needs at the beginning or end of the project, and I’ll provide a tailored quote.

  • Typography Suite

    The package includes a selection of fonts or a specific typeface that suits the brand's personality.

  • Brand Marks / Pattern

    Brand marks/pattern include squiggles, shapes or basic illustrations that form part of your brand. They can be used for your website, marketing, packaging, merchandise or anywhere else you see fit.

  • Business Card / Envelope / Letterhead

    Your selection of any one item to elevate your brand’s professional image—a business card, envelope, or letterhead, designed to reflect your brand identity with precision and style.

  • Brand Guideline Sheet

    This is a two-page PDF guide outlining the logo usage, color codes, and font specifications to help you maintain consistency in branding across various media and materials.

  • Revision Rounds (Except Brand Guideline Sheet)

    3 (Three) rounds of revisions to fine-tune each deliverable and ensure everything aligns with your brand vision.
