  A ready to use project board in your chosen tool. This includes lists, tags, templates, and two to four useful automations. Covers up to two workspaces and two project boards with two revision rounds.

• Requirements and Backlog Pack

  A clear and organised backlog of tasks or stories with acceptance notes so the team always knows what comes next. Delivered as a Notion database or set up directly in your project tool. Includes two revision rounds.

• Communications and Meeting Cadence

  A simple plan that defines how updates will flow. This includes standups, weekly check ins, who gets what information, and where it lives. Delivered as a one page Notion board with optional calendar holds. One revision round included.

• RAID Log

  A simple tracker for risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions with owners and next steps. Delivered as a Notion database with an optional PDF export. One revision round included.

• Weekly Status Report

  A clear weekly update that shows progress, next priorities, blockers, risks, and key decisions needed from the client. One report per week plus a final summary at the end of the engagement.

• Launch Plan and Go Live Checklist

  A step by step plan for launch that includes owners, timing, communication flow, and fallback steps. Comes with a simple checklist inside a Notion board. One revision round included.

• Handover Pack

  A complete wrap up that includes all final docs, links, SOPs, templates, and clear recommendations for what to do next. This also includes a forty minute handover call.

• Revisions Policy

  Unless otherwise noted, each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Extra revisions or new scope can be added as an hourly or add on service.
