Process

Discovery & Kickoff We start with a detailed conversation to understand your goals, target audience, and any existing branding or design systems. This helps me get a clear picture of your vision and the project’s scope. UX Research & Strategy I conduct user research and competitor analysis. This helps uncover key insights that will guide the design and ensure it’s based on real user needs.

Wireframes I create wireframes to define the structure and layout of the product, focusing on user flows and how users will navigate the interface. This is a simple, low-fidelity representation of the design without visual details.

UI Design After wireframes are approved, I move on to the visual design phase. This includes creating high-fidelity mockups with your branding, colors, typography, and all visual elements.

Design System & Handoff I develop a comprehensive design system with reusable components and clear guidelines to ensure consistency across the product. All design files and assets are then handed off to your development team.

Feedback & Revisions Feedback and revisions are an ongoing part of the process. After each phase, I’ll incorporate your feedback and make changes where necessary. With unlimited revisions, I ensure the design is exactly what you need before moving to the next step.

Final Delivery & Support Once the design is finalized, I deliver all design assets, files, and documentation. I’m available for any follow up questions or adjustments during development to ensure smooth implementation.

I can work through Slack or your preferred tool. I also provide regular updates and check-ins to keep everything on track via Loom.com.

I primarily use Figma for design, prototyping, and design systems.

No, I focus entirely on design. However, I ensure my designs are easy to implement by providing clear guidelines, assets, and prototypes for developers.
How do you hand off designs to developers?
I provide fully structured Figma files, component libraries, and clear documentation, ensuring an easy handoff. I can also collaborate with developers to answer any questions during implementation.
