WHAT IS INCLUDED One agreed workflow, a simple web interface, one existing AI provider API connection, checks against up to 15 agreed sample inputs, basic error handling, usage-cost notes, source code and a recorded handover. Two consolidated revision rounds are included within the agreed scope.

PROCESS AND TIMING We define the use case and success criteria, build a working prototype, review its outputs together, and hand it over with limitations documented. Estimated delivery is two weeks, approximately ten business days, once the brief, sample inputs and necessary access are ready.

SCOPE This is a prototype for evaluation. Live customer deployment, sensitive-data handling, document-search systems, multiple integrations and autonomous actions require a separate production scope. AI output needs human review; accuracy and business results are not guaranteed. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are separate.
