What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours roll over for one month, so you’ll have extra time to use them if needed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, plans can be adjusted at the end of each month to fit your changing needs.

We can work on any digital or print asset, including branding tweaks, social media designs, presentation slides, email templates, website updates, and more.
What’s the turnaround time for requests?
Most projects are completed within 48–72 hours, depending on complexity.
Can I cancel anytime?
We require a 30-day notice for cancellations.
