Description

Turn your business idea or manual workflow into production-ready software

Off-the-shelf software often forces your business to adapt to the tool. A custom application does the opposite — the software is built around the way your business actually works.
I design and develop custom SaaS platforms and business web applications from the ground up, including the frontend, backend, database architecture, authentication, permissions, workflows, APIs, dashboards, testing, and deployment.
Whether you're starting with an idea, replacing spreadsheets and manual processes, or rebuilding an existing internal system, I can take the project from requirements to a working application.

What I can build

Depending on your requirements, your application can include:
SaaS platforms and customer portals
Internal business management systems
Document management systems
HR and workforce management platforms
Procurement and purchasing systems
Inspection and field-management applications
Approval and workflow automation
Admin dashboards and analytics
Role-based access and permissions
Authentication and user management
REST APIs and third-party integrations
Notifications and audit logs
Subscription and billing functionality
Responsive desktop and mobile interfaces
The application is designed around your actual business requirements rather than adapted from a generic template.

How the project works

1. Discovery & Architecture

We start by understanding the business problem, users, workflows, permissions, and the core features the application needs.
I then define the application structure, database model, user roles, workflows, and technical architecture before development begins.

2. Development

I build the application iteratively, covering the frontend, backend, database, APIs, authentication, business logic, and integrations.
You can review progress throughout development rather than waiting until the entire application is finished.

3. Testing & QA

Testing is part of development rather than something left until the end.
Depending on the project, this includes unit, integration and API testing, permission and data validation, responsive testing, edge cases, and manual QA of critical workflows.

4. Deployment & Handover

Once the application is approved, I prepare it for production, deploy the system, verify the production environment, and provide the agreed source code and documentation.

Built for real business workflows

My focus is not simply creating screens.
I build the underlying workflows that make business software useful: approval chains, permissions, document lifecycles, request processing, reporting, audit trails, notifications, and integrations between different parts of an organization.
My previous work includes SaaS products for document management, HR and leave management, procurement, construction/site inspection, and enterprise workflow management.

Technology

Depending on the requirements, I work with technologies including:
Next.js · React · TypeScript · Node.js · PostgreSQL · REST APIs · Cloud Infrastructure
The exact architecture is selected based on the requirements rather than forcing every project into the same stack.

Who this is for

This service is a good fit for:
Founders building an MVP or SaaS product.
Companies replacing spreadsheets, email chains, or manual processes with software.
Businesses that need an internal management platform.
Teams that need a customer, employee, supplier, or partner portal.
Companies that already have an application and need new modules, workflows, integrations, or a substantial redesign.
It is not intended for simple brochure websites or projects where the only requirement is modifying a pre-built template.

Pricing

Starting at $1,500
The listed price covers the initial development engagement for a defined small application or MVP scope.
Larger SaaS platforms and business systems are scoped based on functionality, integrations, user roles, workflows, and technical requirements.
After reviewing your requirements, I'll provide a clear scope, milestones, timeline, and fixed or milestone-based price before development begins.

How it starts

You send me a short description of what you want to build, the business problem you're solving, and any existing documents, screenshots, or examples.
I'll review the requirements and identify:
What should be built → how the system should work → recommended architecture → project milestones → estimated timeline and budget.
Then we agree on the scope before development starts.
