Google Sheets to email drafts — with checks and an audit logDaniel Michałek
Turn spreadsheet rows into email drafts you can review. I build a small Google Sheets workflow that fills one message template, checks required fields and email addresses, applies a daily limit, and records what happened.
Nothing sends automatically. You receive the Apps Script source, setup notes and a test with sample data. The current local demo has 17 passing logic tests; activation in your Google test environment is included only after we confirm the required test access and permissions in a short feasibility check before accepting the project.
From 900 PLN for one sheet, one template and one correction round. Delivery window: up to 1 week after we agree the fields and acceptance checks, typically 3 working days for the stated scope. Please start with an anonymized sample and a draft template. We scope extra systems separately.
I develop with AI and verify the results. Briefing and delivery can stay entirely in writing.
Synthetic local demo of the validation logic (2 ready plans, 3 skipped rows): https://contra.com/p/7FWkvNgg-synthetic-demo-checked-mail-merge-draft-plan. This does not show live Google activation or actual Gmail drafts.
