• How long the process is giong to take?

  Usually 2 weeks but if the project is more complex and takes longer in the feedback process, it can delay the timeline.

• What if I don't like the concepts presented?

  Design is a collaborative and iterative process. With a clear and systematic approach—from a detailed questionnaire to mood boards, sketches, and polished designs—I’ll ensure every step aligns with your vision. It’s rare for an entire direction to feel off-track; more often, it’s just specific elements that might need tweaking. If that happens, there’s no need to worry—I offer unlimited revisions to make sure we achieve a result you’re completely happy with. In most cases, it takes just 2-3 revisions to refine the design and bring your ideas to life. My goal is to work closely with you throughout, ensuring we create a design you’ll truly love.

• How does the pricing work in this project?

  50% at the beginning of the project to get started and 50% at the end before handing over the files.

• What kind of files are included in the deliverables?

  1. Final files in EPS format along with supporting files (PNG for web, JPG, SVG, and PDF) 2. Three additional formats (Colour, Black & White, and Reverse)
