  Clear and complete documents will help the project team advance. The following key documentations will be provided: Business Requirements Document, Work Breakdown Structure, Resource Matrix, Project Risk Monitoring, Project Status Reports, Project Budget Report etc

• Project Management Consultation and Support

  Assess and provide inputs in strategizing the delivery of the project. Helps in evaluating the impact of the project(s) on the total organization.
