  Ongoing weekly support for active projects, including coordination, updates, and task management.

  I’ll track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies using your PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.) and provide clear updates to keep everyone aligned.

• Task + Timeline Management

  I’ll manage deliverables, assign tasks, follow up with team members, and flag blockers so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Weekly Progress Report

  You’ll receive a weekly report summarizing key progress, status updates, next steps, and any risks or concerns.
