Summary

The scope of this service includes the following work components. - 3d Modelling (Basic Detail) of the entire Interior Space/s - Further development of the selected viewpoints with details, furniture, materials etc: - Finalization of the renderings as per feedback received in the Development Draft Renders stage

What's included

Preliminary Mood board
A mood board defining the overall style and visual look of the proposed interior space. This will serve as a general direction for mood, colors, finishes etc: that will form the basis of developing the renderings.
Clay Draft Renders
Once a mood board and visual direction is set, 3d model of the space is generated as per drawings / references provided by the client. Gray scale renders are generated as previews for deciding Camera Angles, Spatial Arrangement & Composition
Development Draft Renders
Progress renders are shared with proposed furniture & fixtures, with actual materials and lighting for selected Camera Angles
Final Renders
Final renders are completed and sent to the client
