  In my current job as a care guide expert, my primary duties involve reviewing medical claims for any uncovered expenses, assisting patients in finding in-network providers and facilities, verifying Pre and Prior Authorization statuses, handling premium payments, managing policy cancellations, checking the cost estimate by getting the CPT code, benefits and eligibility and maintaining adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
