• What information should I provide to get the service provider started?

  First, you will need to provide all the information you need in order to complete your service, including requirements and specific information and documentation. Before your service can be provided, you will need to provide access to the server.

• Does providing root access reduce the security of the server?

  In order to provide the service, I must have access to your server, but you can provide a temporary password, after the service is over you can restore the password, so that the server access is always in your hands!
