  Do we need to understand behaviors on a larger scale, but not as deeply OR do we want to understand behaviors and needs deeply?

• Define: Synthesis

  In this stage I am creating artefacts like Personas or Empathy Maps; finding patterns in interview data with Affinity Mapping; map the User Journey and Experience.

• Ideate: First Ideas and Evaluation

  We will brainstorm ideas to take care of opportunities (myself and then together); Simulate user environment and validate possible solutions.

• Deliver: Prototyping, Testing & Analyzing

  I will create realistic mockups to test its functionality, usability and desirability, then we will evaluate the prototype with real users or customers, collect feedback, and measure its performance. I will make changes based on the testing results and, after launching, we will assess the impact and outcomes of the solution (success, value, issues or opportunities) for further improvement.
