Summary
1. Set up KPIs + Discuss the KPIs
At the preliminary stage, if the client has not set up his social media KPIs, I will first delve into it. Understanding the brand goals and business goals and unifying them to come up with social media KPIs. If however, the brand is established and has its own KPIs, at this stage I will understand its social media KPIs.
2. Social Media Calendar
Depending on the KPIs, I will come up with a social media calendar. This calendar will talk about all forms of social plans that I have in mind for the brand.
3. Social Media Management + Copywriting
At this stage, I start the actual work of managing social media for the brand. I write copies for them and work in close connection with a graphic designer where needed to make sure that the design and content are aptly suited for the brand.
