Clients message you on WhatsApp to book, and someone has to answer every one, check the calendar and send reminders. I set up a bot in your n8n that does this on your WhatsApp number, day and night, and writes every booking to a Google Sheet your team already knows.

What the bot does:

A simple numbered menu: book, prices and info, talk to a person, my booking.

Offers only free times from your hours and services, and never gives the same time to two clients.

Confirms the booking, lets the client cancel, and answers common questions (parking, prices, Wi-Fi) from your own list.

"Talk to a person" sends you an alert and keeps the bot quiet for that client, so you can answer yourself.

Sends a reminder before the visit (never at night) and alerts you about each new booking and cancellation.

Emails you if anything in the workflow fails.

It runs through the WhatsApp Business API on your own Meta account: your number, your app, your keys. The reminder and alert messages are templates Meta approves first; approval time is up to Meta.

Day 1: Meta app, your number and n8n connected; templates sent for approval. Days 2 and 3: your services, hours, prices and answers set up; the bot replies on your number. Day 4: live checks of every path, including two clients picking the same time. Day 5: a one-page guide and a short screen recording of how to change texts and prices.

$600 fixed, 5 working days. Optional upkeep: $49 a month for token renewals, text and price changes and one small change a month. I build with Claude Code and check every change before it ships.
