The first thing I'll do—when we start collaborating—is to interview you and your team with my stakeholder questions. These range from the story behind your brand, why you enjoy your work, mission, values and beyond.
Next I'll walk you through my creative brief to get all the details of your sales copy project: brand voice, customer pain points, features/benefits, what you want potential and existing customers to come away with the moment they see your offering.
Next I'll do research to add to my arsenal of info, create an outline and flow for your deliverable, and then I'll dive right in, writing without editing (initially), so that all of my ideas hit the page.
After I present to you and get your feedback, I'll hone the copy—unless you dig it on the first go-round—until it exceeds your expectations.
