• ❓Do you write the slide content?

  No, I don’t create presentation content from scratch. I work best when you provide your slide content in advance, either in an outline or an existing draft. This ensures that I’m designing with intention and accuracy, not guessing your message or voice. If you're unsure what to include on each slide, I’m happy to offer basic layout guidance, but I don’t provide copywriting, research, or topic development.

• ❓What if I only have rough notes?

  I can absolutely work with bullet points or rough text as long as each slide’s purpose is clearly outlined. For example: Slide 2: About Our Team – list team member names & titles Slide 5: Key Takeaways – include 3 short points you want to emphasize If you send disconnected notes or a long doc with no slide breakdown, I’ll kindly ask you to organize it first before I begin. This keeps the design process smooth for both of us!

• ❓Can you help organize my slides or restructure the flow?

  If your content is already written but feels disorganized, I can absolutely help refine the structure and flow. I’ll adjust the layout, visual hierarchy, and pacing, but the content itself should be complete before we begin. If you're still working on the message, I recommend finalizing that first so we can build from a solid foundation.

• ❓Can you work with an existing template?

  Yes! If you have a company-branded PowerPoint or Google Slides template, I’m happy to use it and apply consistent formatting. If you don’t have a template, I’ll design a clean, professional layout using your brand colors, fonts, and style preferences.

• ❓What if my content changes during the project?

  Small updates (like fixing a typo or changing one word) are totally fine. But if you send new slides, major rewrites, or restructure the entire deck after design has started, I’ll need to reassess the scope and timeline. This is to make sure we stay aligned and that I’m giving you my best work — not rushing last-minute changes.

• ❓How do additional slides work?

  The base price includes design for up to 12 slides. If you need more, I charge $20 per additional slide. You’ll let me know the final slide count before we begin, or I can quote it after reviewing your draft. Need help deciding? Just send me your content, and I’ll give you a quick, pressure-free recommendation.

• ❓What will I receive at the end?

  You’ll get an editable file in PowerPoint or Google Slides, depending on what we discussed — plus a PDF version if needed for easy sharing. If you’re using Figma, I’ll export the deck as a PDF and walk you through how to use it.

• ❓How many revisions are included?

  One revision round is included in the base price. This allows us to make visual tweaks, swap a few icons, adjust spacing, or clarify minor details. If you’d like additional revision rounds or need new slides added, we can absolutely build that into the project scope — I’ll always keep you updated before changing pricing.
