If you’re using Klaviyo (or any major platform) and want emails that look great and perform well, you’re in the right place.

I’ll take your email from concept to code — starting with a custom design in Figma, then building it out in clean, responsive HTML that plays nicely with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or wherever you run your campaigns. No clunky image-only templates here — just flexible, well-structured emails that are easy to update and optimized for deliverability, accessibility, and mobile.

This is perfect if you want something more thoughtful than a drag-and-drop layout, but still want the freedom to tweak content without redesigning from scratch.

Process

1. Kickoff and Content Review We’ll start by getting clear on the goal of your email — launch, campaign, promo, newsletter, etc. You can bring your own copy, or I can help finesse the messaging to align with the design and flow.

2. Layout Design in Figma Next, I’ll design a custom email in Figma that reflects your brand, guides the reader naturally, and feels intentional — not cluttered or cookie-cutter. If you're running multiple campaigns, I’ll make sure the visuals stay consistent across all of them.

3. Feedback and Edits You’ll get a chance to review the layout and share feedback. We’ll go through up to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune structure, tone, spacing, and visuals until you’re happy with it.

4. Responsive HTML Development Once approved, I’ll code the design using clean, responsive HTML and live text — no image-only layouts. This ensures your email loads quickly, looks sharp in all major inboxes, and is accessible to everyone.

5. Cross-Client Testing I’ll run the final email through Litmus to make sure it renders properly on Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, mobile, dark mode, and more — ironing out any quirks before you send.

6. Final Delivery & Upload I’ll import the coded version directly into your platform (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp) as a ready-to-send template. If you’ve requested A/B test versions or reusable modules, I’ll package those up as well.

Q: What do you use to design emails?
I design all layouts in Figma, which makes collaboration easy if you or your team want to leave comments or suggestions during review
Q: Can you export this to HTML?
Yes — if you request it, I can export the design as HTML using tools like Stripo or BeeFree. This may come with a small extra charge depending on the complexity.
Q: Do you offer email series or automation flows?
This service includes one email, but I can create a full welcome sequence, product launch series, or seasonal campaigns — just let me know and I’ll prepare a custom quote.
Q: How long does it take?
Turnaround time is usually 3–5 business days once I have the copy and assets. If you’re in a rush, let me know upfront!
Q: Can you create A/B test variations?
Absolutely. I can tweak subject lines, CTA placements, hero sections, or full layouts to help you test what performs best. You’ll get everything set up and ready to go inside your platform.
Q: Do I need to provide the copy?
Ideally, yes. But if you only have a rough draft, I’m happy to help polish it. Light editing and formatting for clarity and tone are included
Q: What do you need to get started?
Just send over your brand assets, copy (or outline), and access to your email tool (if I’ll be uploading the final version). I’ll take it from there!
Q: Will this email be responsive?

A/B Variation Design
Want to test different headlines, CTAs, or layouts? I can design up to two email variations so you can A/B test and improve performance over time.
Two Revision Rounds
You’ll get two rounds of feedback to refine the layout, tone, or formatting until everything feels on point.
Organized Handoff
