• How long will the project take?

  On average, we shoot for a four to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

• How much does a new website cost?

  We offer websites at a range of price points. These range in value from $650 to over $10,000 for a combined website and SEO package. This depends on a number of factors such as your timeline, the complexity and functionality of the website, the number of pages, and any SEO requirements. Please use our quote calculator to get an estimate. However, we are also available to provide an individualised quote based on your specific needs.

• How much input do I have?

  Plenty! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. Our process always involves a discovery session, where we ask you lots of questions to understanding your needs, wants and vision for your business, and we work closely with you throughout the process to develop a site with exactly the right look and functionality. Our packages involve one or more rounds of client feedback.

• Do you have a budget option?

  We understand that not all businesses have the budget to afford a custom website. We offer a one-page website option starting at $650 that will get you online fast!

• The site has launched, so why isn’t it appearing on Google?

  New websites can take some time to appear in Google. However, websites will require Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to rank highly in Google search results. If you didn’t purchase an SEO service with us at the outset of your website project, then don’t worry! We can deliver a comprehensive SEO campaign at any stage. • Who will maintain my website?

  We offer ongoing domain hosting and maintenance services for every client for an additional annual fee. However, you are more than welcome to maintain and make updates to your own website. We’ll even give you a training session to get you started!

• What is your payment schedule?

  For smaller projects such as one-page websites, we require payment up-front. For most projects, we typically split the project into three payments. We require a 30 percent deposit upon approving the proposal. We typically then split projects into two 35 percent payments aligned with project milestones. However, we can work with you to create a schedule that works for your needs. We understand that a new website can be a big investment and we are here to help you budget for this investment in the best way possible.
