Ensuring success on our journey will require getting off to a good start. Here are the steps we’ll take to establish a healthy partnership.
Gain Access – Receive login credentials to marketing assets (ie website, branding and design files, etc) and tools (ie CRM, email marketing, etc).
Set Strategy – Develop a strategy based upon sales discovery, kickoff meeting, and brand messaging conversations. The strategy will be built with one year in view and quarterly focuses outlined.
Determine KPIs – Agree upon the key performance indicators that will determine the success of our efforts.
Bolster Branding – Craft a brand messaging framework and make a plan to firm up visual branding as needed.
Establish Rhythm – Agree upon preferred methods of communication and rhythm for meeting.
Select Immediate Deliverables – As needed, one or two items may be identified as urgent priorities to accomplish while branding and strategy are taking shape.

Quarterly Connections An in-person, deep-dive meeting reviewing past accomplishments, discussing current industry climate and company needs, brainstorming strategy for the months ahead – Attendees: Primary point of contact + 2-4 others
Monthly Meetups An in-person meeting (or virtual as needed) to collaborate on current initiatives, set expectations, and align efforts for the weeks ahead Attendees: Primary point of contact + 1-2 others
Regular Touchpoints An email, phone call, or virtual meeting to share progress toward initiatives, receive input/feedback, and share timely updates – could be weekly or bi-weekly as needed Attendees: Primary point of contact
