In one week we take one process in your business and make the first part of it run on its own — on your real data, not in a slide deck.
What happens during the week:
Day 1–2: we map the process step by step and find where people lose the most time and money: copying data between systems, reading emails and documents, chasing statuses, answering the same questions.
Day 3–5: I build a working prototype of the first automated step — for example, AI that reads incoming emails and documents and creates the record, or an agent that answers and qualifies clients on WhatsApp or email.
Day 6–7: you test it on real cases, we fix what's needed, and you get a plan for automating the rest of the process.
What you get:
A working automated step, not a report
A map of the process with what can run on its own and what should stay with people
A clear plan and price for the full automation
Why me: my own system runs a nationwide auto glass and insurance-claims business end to end — from the insurer's email to the paid invoice. I've done this on my own company first.
If you continue with the full automation, the sprint fee goes toward it.
No brief needed: describe your process to Bosha, my AI agent, at bosha.ai — he'll prepare everything before we start.
