I have experience working in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Human-centered design (HCD), Customer Experience (CX), No-Code development, Graphic Design, Image and video editing, Performance Marketing, and creative design. I've worked with multiple scale industries including startups, medium and small scale, and large scale across different domains like Healthcare, Fintech and banking, Education, Retail and eCommerce, technology, and others.

Process

Phase 1 | Discover: Understanding the business objectives and a high-level overview of why, the need, the problems, our target audience, competitors, and other factors.

Action Items: Stakeholder Meetings Foundational, User & Contextual Research, Market Landscape, Competitor Benchmarking, Insights & Analytics Business Requirements & Goals .etc.

Phase 2 | Define: Organizing and structuring the content and information architecture, conclude the research. This stage enables to start conceptualizing with product strategy in mind.

Action Items: Project Objectives and Scope, User Journeys & Flows User Personas, Empathy Mapping, Information Architecture, Microcopy or Content Strategy, Moodboard .etc.

Phase 3 | Design: Setting up the hypotheses and brainstorming through the potential solutions. Then, with the user interface design, we identify how users will interact with the digital experience.

Action Items: Brainstorming & Ideation, UI Design, Layout & Design Direction, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design System, Visual Consistency and Business tone iterations, Usability and Accessibility .etc Phase 3 | Deliver & Debrief: Setting up the hypotheses and brainstorming through the potential solutions. Then, with the user interface design, we identify how users will interact with the digital experience.

Action Items: Usability testing, Project delivery, Asset Alignment, developer handoff, Impact Measurement, Business Metric Evaluation, Quality Assurance, Documentation, Debrief Follow up .etc.
