• Do you have a maximum number of days you will help plan trip itineraries? Do you only plan itineraries for short trips, or do you assist with longer trips too?

  Great question! I don’t have a limit on the number of days I plan for—whether it’s a quick getaway or an extended vacation, I’m happy to create a customized itinerary that fits your needs!

• Do you offer itineraries for trips with multiple destinations?

  Absolutely— the more, the merrier!

• Is your rate the same for all itineraries, or does the price vary?

  My flat rate of $150 covers most 2–5 day trips. If you're planning something a bit longer (6 days or more), there’s a small additional fee to cover the extra planning time. Just reach out and I’ll be happy to walk you through the details!

• Are you a travel agent too? Can you help with booking accommodations and transportation?

  I’m not a travel agent, so I don’t handle bookings or payments directly. But I can recommend trusted options for hotels and transportation—and include all the links and details in your itinerary to make the booking process super easy for you!

• Do you book activities or make dining reservations too?

  I don’t book activities or excursions since they usually require deposits or payments up front—but I’ll include all the info you need to book them easily on your own! If you'd like help making dining reservations, I can absolutely take care of that for a small additional fee.

• Do you only create personal travel itineraries, or can you help with corporate and group trips too?

  I work with all kinds of travelers! While I specialize in personal and group travel, I also create itineraries for corporate trips and even businesses or organizations that need something polished for marketing or promotional use. Whatever the purpose, I'll make sure the itinerary aligns with exactly what you're looking for.

• How long does it take to receive my itinerary?

  For most 2–5 day trips, I ask for about 5–7 business days to put everything together. If your trip is longer than 5 days, I’ll need a bit more time—usually around 7–10 business days. Either way, I’ll keep you updated along the way so you’ll know exactly when to expect your first draft!

• Do I need to have my flight and hotel booked before reaching out?

  It’s definitely helpful if your travel accommodations are confirmed before we get started, as it lets me tailor the itinerary to your exact dates and times. However, if you haven’t booked yet, no worries. I can still create an amazing itinerary for you!

• Do you offer any pre-made itineraries if I don’t need something customized?

  Absolutely! I have a selection of ready-to-download itineraries for destinations I’ve researched or personally visited. If you'd prefer one of these general itineraries, just let me know, and I’ll send over a list of available options. Plus, they’re priced lower than custom itineraries, so it's a great option if you're looking for something simple and affordable!

• What is your response time for initial contact and ongoing communication?

  I usually respond to all emails within 48 hours. If you reach out over the weekend or during a holiday, my response might take a little longer, but I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
