What's included

• Project Scope

  The first phase is scoping. In this phase we will meet to define the requirements of your app. This includes: - Pages - User types - User Flows - System Emails - Identifying 3rd party tools and templates if applicable Deliverable from this phase include: - Scoping document - Database architecture with privacy rules - Delivery schedule with scope of work divided into milestones, each with a delivery date and fixed price - Figma designs (optional)

• Milestone 1,2,3, etc

  Each milestone is defined in the scoping document and contains: - Defined features/user flows - Delivery date - Fixed price Milestones will be delivered by the agreed upon delivery date and will be accompanied with testing instructions and videos to assist you in testing the delivered features. You will have a designated amount of time (agreed upon in scoping) to test the delivered features and approve the work. Once the work is approved, your payment for the milestone is due. Work on the next milestone will begin once the payment is recieved.

• Review Period

  After the final milestone is delivered, we will have a review period (length of time agreed upon in scoping) in order for you to conduct final tests, submit feedback/bugs/change requests, and launch your app live.
