I build web and mobile apps via AI code assistants and agents. I lead the product management from ideation and design. I have agents for product management, go-to-market, front-end development, back-end development, quality assurance testing and an over CTO agent.

I can operate in two modes:

Agency: I can leverage my own agents to develop apps on behalf of my clients and deliver a competed app.

Fractional CTO: I setup your AI assisted dev team so that you own all your own infrastructure and platform and iterate on your own as your produce needs to evolve. I will train you how to drive the agents without me in the loop.

In either case you own all the code and outputs, but in option 2 you own the AI tools and pay for the tokens directly.
