Do you provide open files of the videos ?
All the videos are delivered in high resolution MP4 files only. I can deliver open files at an extra cost.
What are the communication channels you offer?
I am available over email and Slack. A custom slack channel is created to establish communication between the team members of MakeVideos and your company. We also set up calls via Google Meet and all the calls are recorded for reference.
Is there a money back guarantee if I don’t like the video?
Unfortunately, no. My process is very streamlined and we take approvals every step of the way to ensure we deliver the best. Since, the committed amount of time and resources are already spent, it would not be possible to offer any refunds.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term partnerships or multiple projects?
