Like the Basic UI review, It’s best for my clients with internal design and development resources who just need to be pointed in the right direction. The difference is that instead of flat screenshots, I’ll be reviewing an interactive prototype of your app, website or system in order to assess the quality of the user experience and the appropriateness of interactive workflows. I’ll will review the product and grade them on 7 point scale across the following metrics: Predictability of global and local Information Architecture; Matching between global and context-specific navigation schemas and user’s expected workflow; Flexibility of the UI to support both novices and experts; appropriate degree of control for users.

During the meeting we will review this assessment, along with my basic recommendations. After the 60-minute meeting, the engagement is complete. I record the meeting and provide you with a video copy of the recording.
