What is the available weekly hour allocation?
In this standard proposal I am considering 20 hours per week. This is enough to manage Marketing teams of up to 5 people and a good volume of Marketing initiatives. If you need more or less time, we can talk.
Is this format ideal for one-off or ongoing projects?
Both! If you need to structure a Marketing team for a new market or a new solution, or if you need to carry out an assessment of your strategies and create an action plan to leverage your results, I can deliver these projects to your internal team to continue the operation. But if you need a Marketing manager to implement a Marketing team from scratch or take your existing actions to a higher level in a long-term project, count on me to structure the necessary actions to bring above-average results.
What's included
Complete Marketing Management
I will be the Marketing Manager of your company, being responsible for the strategic and tactical part, generating results on all Marketing fronts, generating results reports, managing the Marketing budget, team management, recruitment and more. Availability: 20 hours per week
Demand Generation
Inbound and Outbound strategies focused on generating qualified leads for the sales team. Constant analysis of the quality of leads, results and conversion rates throughout the Marketing and Sales funnel.
Paid Media
Strategies for generating leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads, focusing on the quality and assertiveness of the ICP of the leads generated, bringing a better conversion rate at each stage of the Marketing and Commercial funnel.
Customer Journey
Mapping and optimizing the customer journey covering the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. And creation of contact strategies on all fronts: website, social media, lead base, customer base, etc.
Content Marketing and SEO
Definition of content strategies aligned with the customer journey, production management, execution and publication of materials, including SEO, design and dissemination strategies: for lead base and co-marketing partnerships.
Growth e CRO
Strategic analysis and optimization of the website, conversion landing pages and social media applying growth strategies, optimizing channels to increase conversion and lead quality through A/B testing, heat mapping and conversion analysis in the Marketing and Commercial funnel.
Branding and Design
Analysis and optimization of the company's brand and design assets, ensuring that the brand positioning is always updated to the latest market trends at all points of contact with the various stakeholders.
Result and Bottleneck Analysis
Analysis of the results of recurring Marketing efforts with identification of bottlenecks at all stages of the Marketing and Commercial funnel, clearly identifying points for improvement and validating hypotheses of cause, generating objective actions to correct the course in the Marketing and Sales area.
Mentoring and Team Training
Assessment with the team, review of work processes and mapping of routines for each area. Technical training and individual mentoring to improve and increase seniority. Conducting 1:1s for climate mapping, points of attention and specific feedback. Focus on increasing productivity and quality of deliveries.
Recruitment
Assessment of the positions needed for the team taking into account the company's current positions and strategic challenges, creation of job descriptions, screening of CVs, language validation, interviews and application of technical tests.
