Process

1. Discovery Call and Agreement: I'll discuss your needs, present options, and if you're ready, we can sign an agreement. If you need time to review, I'll send it to you. Once signed and the deposit is paid, we move forward.

2. Onboarding and Content Interview: We'll schedule a call with two parts:

First, I'll review our processes and set up account access.

Then, I'll interview you to gather content ideas and strategy information.

3. Shared Resources: I'll create shared spaces (like a shared album or Google Drive) and a Notion board, then invite you to join. This makes it easy for us to collaborate and for you to share assets.

4. Strategy Development: I'll develop a strategy and agree on a kick-off date. I'll send you a video explaining the strategy for your review and approval.

5. Content Creation and Posting: We'll determine if you want to approve content before posting. If so, we'll set up an approval system. Once approved, I'll start posting. Each month, I'll send you a visual content calendar for the upcoming month and ask about any important dates to include.

What's included

Social Media + Brand Strategy
This is completed in 4 steps over the course of 3 weeks: 1. Client Interview: This helps us understand your personal goals, business goals, inspiration and values so that we can build out the brand that is all encompassing. 2. Profile Audit: We will review your current social media footprint and make suggestions for further optimization. If you do not currently have an active platform, we will help you choose the best platform and offer assistance in setting up your profile(s). 3. Complete Strategy: This document will outline everything you need to know to run your social media: Settings Checklist Brand Assets Competitor Research Content Categories Keywords and Hashtags Customer Personas Buyer Journey Content Calendar and Prompts 4. Review call (optional up-to 30-minute call to review the completed strategy)
Monthly Review
A monthly call to discuss your content calendar and make any updates to strategy.
Content Creation
You will receive twelve (12) pieces of social media content with keyword optimized captions. You can expect a mixture of graphics, photos and short-form video based on your needs.
Account Management
Full account management including posting, engaging with followers and replying to messages and comments on one (1) platform of your choice.
Monthly Analytic Report
This monthly report will show the metrics of your account for the month.
Community Engagement
Outbound likes, comments and interaction to boost engagement and grow your community.
