Every process, depending on the scope of the project can be a little different but here are the main steps I take to make sure a project is delivered successfully.

Pre-production: brief, research, moodboard, animatic, script and ideation

Production: storyboards, design, animation, VO recording, Music composition

Post-Production: Montage, Sound design, delivery

FAQs

How many characters can I have in a project?
It's recommended that the number of characters be adjusted to the needs of a problem. Sometimes characters can take many shapes, not just humanoid and animal. This is a topic best discussed based on the timeline, budget and script and scope of any given project.
How many hours does it take to create a project?
Every project is unique not just in its design but also in its purpose. Factors that influence the production duration are: budget, deadline, duration of the final video, number of characters that move, style, how many people work on the project, feedback, revisions, etc.

What's included

Mood boards and animatic
A sketched version to illustrate the concept and help with ideation followed by an animatic that allows us to test the rhythm of the animation and the timing. These are very important in the pre-production phase as all the rest of the steps are based on them. It's important that the concept and style are defined in this stage.
Design and storyboard
Finished illustrations that will be used in the animation but can be adapted as social media assets as well.
Collected files
A package that contains the collected files and final video renders.
